Sanatel guarantees the availability of a high-level of VSAT service in every month.
In order to support that service-level guarantee, Sanatel has a Costumer Support and Help Desk which operates continuously 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. This division has the responsibility of operating the system-control and monitoring of the VSAT Hub, as well as monitoring the VSAT networks at all of the Customer's locations, and to handle every problem that is identified or reported by a Customer.
